This book is sort of a mishmash of everything Hallmark does. It covers the making of some of their holiday movies, behind the scenes type of stuff, briefly. I mean Hallmark is famous for their Countdown to Christmas movies. Included in this book are tips for decorating your table, your house, everything Christmas. Also included are recipes for cookies, holiday drinks, traditional foods from Hallmark hall-stars. If your looking for an in depth behind the scenes look at Hallmark’s movies this isn’t it. It’s an okay read, just don’t expect more. I did find some helpful holidays tips that I’ll be doing this season. Some good recipes that I will also be trying out. The book is really nicely put together, glossy pages with nice photographs, has a really nice layout. It’s definitely a nice coffee table book if you wanted to place it out for display.
