Pediatric specialist Tasha Mason is focused on one thing, keeping the kids in her ward as healthy and happy as possible. So when her high-school crush, who just happens to be handsome Prince Alexander Cavalieri, breaks his leg on a nearby ski-slope, Tasha is forced to allow him to secretly get well on her floor and she's furious that a spoiled Royal is interrupting the precious healing time her kids so badly need. Soon, however, Tasha learns that some tough love and a lot of Christmas spirit, could turn this royal pain into a knight in shinning armor.

2018 Christmas TV Movie Watch #42
Based on the novel St. Piran’s: Prince on the Children’s Ward by Sarah Morgan.
This movie is a complete turd. It's so terribly acted, looks cheap, and has two sets. It looks awful. Oh man the acting, such cringe. I hate to be this harsh. I really hated the costumes in this. Ugh. Look he's a rich playboy Prince and she's a sensible doctor, can these sick kids change their ways and help these old school chums fall in love? Why does anybody care? Let's see them walk from hospital room to hospital room being uptight, judgmental, and said about a broken leg. Got it. They really deep individuals inside. I love these fairytales about regular folks falling in love with royalty, it's all a very romantic view of a modern day fairytale. This one is just terrible.
