Oh gosh this movie, it's absolutely bonkers. I appreciate that while they are spoofing the Christmas TV movie troupes they are doing so lovingly. They're not mean about it, or making you feel stupid for liking these cheesy holiday flicks. It's defiantly a slapstick homage to Hallmark for sure. There's so much nonsense going on here, the whole chopping wood stuff, the perfect man all in white, nothing is left unscathed. I will say that while I really enjoyed this movie, had many a laugh while drinking hot coco, it does wear out it's welcome sooner than it should. Some of the jokes and scenarios get a little tedious, but there's still a lot of good will and fun to be had. Kudos to everyone for being just the right amount of over the top without being annoying. Sometimes you need an overly silly well done spoof in your life.
