A divorced mom is having a rough time during the holidays. She's got her ex to deal with, work issues, bills to pay, and a kid who doesn't realize anything. The cast is good, movie looks decent, the story is most definitely realistic and easy to relate to, but I wish it wasn't this lady has to learn a lesson. It veered a little too close to that. She has to learn how to let go, ask for help, forgive, and all that. It's one of those classic holiday tales, you gotta learn were you went wrong and fix the things you can while you still have a chance. Apparently Christmas is the only time people realize this. It's solid, a little too heavy, but a pretty decent watch.
